DriftWell provides science-backed sleep hygiene and lifestyle coaching through personalized sleep protocols and daily tracking tools. DriftWell is NOT a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Disclaimer

The information provided by DriftWell is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or sleep disorder.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using DriftWell, you acknowledge that sleep coaching recommendations are general wellness guidance. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided. DriftWell is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our service.

4. Payments

Sleep Protocol purchases are one-time payments of $39. Because DriftWell delivers digital content and your personalized protocol is generated immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once your protocol has been generated. Please review the free assessment and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is faulty or not as described, contact us via our contact form.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated sleep protocols, is owned by DriftWell. You may use your personalized protocol for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriftWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
